Interview Prep Cohort

12-Week SWE Interview Prep Cohort

Finish your interview prep. Not just another interview course.

Most engineers don't fail because they don't know what to study.
They fail because interview prep is hard to sustain alone.
This 12-week cohort gives you structure, accountability, weekly coaching, and real interview practice — so you actually finish.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Jack.

I've spent over a decade building backend, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure at large-scale cloud and AI companies, including AWS.

I've mentored engineers across backend, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure — helping them rewrite resumes, prepare for coding and system design interviews, and go from months of stalled job searches to multiple onsite interviews and offers at companies like Amazon and ByteDance.

This cohort is the program I wish I'd had when I was preparing for senior interviews myself. Most engineers don't fail for lack of information — they fail because interview prep is hard to sustain alone.

What you'll achieve

After 12 weeks, you will have:

A personalized interview roadmap

A plan you can keep using long after the cohort ends — no more guessing what to study next.

Consistent interview practice habits

A sustainable weekly rhythm instead of studying in bursts.

Real interview experience and feedback

Multiple coding and system design mocks with specific, actionable feedback.

A long-term peer network

Engineers you'll keep practicing and growing with after the cohort ends.

Engineers I've helped

Real engineers, recent results.

Entry → Mid SDE · Amazon offer

From 300+ rejections to an Amazon offer in 8 weeks

An entry-to-mid engineer with limited large-project experience had sent 300+ applications with almost no interviews. We rewrote the resume, ran a full system design learning path, and scoped a targeted, guided project to strengthen the resume. Interview requests started coming within weeks — and an Amazon offer landed two months later.

Mid-level SDE · ByteDance offer

Focused system design prep → a ByteDance offer in 3 months

A mid-level engineer already at TikTok was mostly interview-ready — strong coding, but system design was the gap. We zeroed in on system design with structured practice and mock interviews. After three months of focused prep, they accepted a ByteDance offer.

Mid-level SDE · 5 onsites

From 0 onsites to 5 onsite interviews in 6 weeks

Another engineer hit the same wall — solid fundamentals, but a resume and search strategy that weren't converting. We applied the same playbook: resume rewrite, a full system design learning path, and a guided project to enrich the resume. In six weeks the pipeline went from zero to five onsite interviews lined up.

Early results from 1:1 mentees — the same approach this cohort is built on.

FAQ

Questions before you join.

What if I'm not very good at LeetCode yet?

That's fine — the cohort meets you where you are. You'll get a personalized study plan, and the weekly structure is built to grow your problem-solving from wherever you start. The goal is steady, consistent progress, not where you begin.

What experience level is expected?

The cohort is aimed at junior to mid-level engineers — including those growing toward a senior-level role. If you're unsure whether it's a fit, book a short intro call and we'll figure it out together.

What happens if I miss a session?

Life happens. Sessions are recorded, and the weekly structure makes it easy to catch up. Mock interviews can usually be rescheduled with your partner so you don't lose practice time.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes. Group sessions and office hours are recorded so you can revisit them or catch up if you miss one.

How are mock interview partners assigned?

Partners are matched within the cohort and rotated, so you practice with different people and experience a range of interview styles. Coaches also run mocks directly when it helps.

Why only 9 participants?

Every participant gets repeated mock interviews, personalized feedback, and direct coaching. Keeping the cohort to 9 ensures everyone gets meaningful practice instead of becoming another face in a large class. The small size is the point — it's what makes real accountability possible.

How does the offer guarantee / refund work?

If you receive a full-time software engineering offer within 6 months of joining, your cohort fee is fully refundable.

What are the requirements to qualify for the guarantee?

To stay eligible, you complete the core program: attend your scheduled mock interviews, follow your personalized study plan, and actively apply to roles during and after the cohort. Full eligibility details are shared in writing before you join, so there are no surprises later.

What if I'm interviewing for Big Tech?

That's exactly what the curriculum targets. Coding, system design, and behavioral rounds are modeled on how Big Tech interviews actually run — and recent mentees have landed offers at companies like Amazon and ByteDance.

How much individual feedback do I get?

A lot — that's the point of keeping the cohort to 9. You get personalized feedback after every mock interview, a study plan built around your gaps, resume review, and direct coaching in office hours.
